• Bill payments and airtime purchases.

• Virtual card creation and usage.

• A referral program for earning bonuses.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

1. Provide accurate and complete registration details, including your name, email, phone number, and any required identification documents for verification purposes (e.g., BVN, NIN).

2. Maintain the security of your login credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Update your account details as needed to ensure accuracy.

Monica.cash reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for falsified information or suspicious activity.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Monica.cash, you agree to:

1. Use the Service only for lawful purposes.

2. Ensure that all funds or cryptocurrencies used on the platform are obtained legally.

3. Avoid engaging in fraudulent or malicious activities, such as phishing or hacking.

4. Adhere to all applicable local, state, and international laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) requirements.

Violation of these responsibilities may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.

5. Fees and Charges

Monica.cash maintains transparency in its fee structure:

• Gas fees may apply to cryptocurrency transactions.

• Virtual card creation incurs a nominal fee, as displayed on the Service.

• All applicable fees are clearly stated before transactions are confirmed.

We do not charge withdrawal fees for funds transferred to local bank accounts.

6. Transactions

All transactions conducted through the Service are final and cannot be reversed unless due to a technical error or unauthorized access.

• Crypto Transactions: Cryptocurrencies sent to or from your wallet address must adhere to our supported network protocols. Incorrect transactions are not the responsibility of Monica.cash.

• Processing Times: Most transactions are processed instantly. However, delays may occur due to network congestion or technical issues.

7. Referral Program

Users can participate in Monica.cash’s referral program to earn bonuses:

• Earn ₦200 for each successful transaction made by a referred user.

• There is no limit to the number of referrals or earnings.

Monica.cash offers virtual dollar cards for international payments:

• Cards can be used for online shopping, subscriptions, and other global transactions.

• Users are responsible for managing their card details securely.

• Your account is protected with biometric login and multi factor authentication.

• Transactions are encrypted using state of the art technology.

• Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials.

While we implement advanced security measures, no system is entirely immune to breaches. Monica.cash is not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

10. Termination of Service

Monica.cash reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.

• Fraudulent or unlawful activity.

• Non-compliance with regulatory requirements.

Users may request account closure by contacting support@monica.cash Upon closure, any remaining balance will be transferred to the user’s bank account.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Monica.cash shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
